Technical Support Engineer requirements:

Requirements :

1. System Administration: - Linux (CentOS/RHEL, Ubuntu) - Basic Bash scripting - User and permissions management - Troubleshooting skills

2. Network Technologies: - TCP/IP fundamentals - HTTP/HTTPS protocols - DNS configuration - VPN setup and maintenance - Basic security principles

3. Monitoring: - Prometheus + Grafana stack - Understanding of metrics and alerting - Log management (ELK or similar)

4. Basic Cloud Knowledge: - AWS or GCP fundamentals - Virtual machine operations - Basic cloud infrastructure concepts
