UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities * Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers; * Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows; * Design graphic user interface * Develop UI mockups and prototypes * Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables); * Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders; * Identify and troubleshoot UX problems * Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback; * Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images. Required Skills * 3+ years as a user experience or product designer * Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs * Work on overall design look, feel, and behavior based on the product architecture, user and process flows, wireframes, and user research * Explore different visual approaches that might be evaluated with target users * Detailed visual design for UI components and states * Defined approach to color, typography, iconography and layout through the collaborative creation and management of design systems and pattern libraries * Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision * Proficiency in design, wireframe and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision,) * Proficiency in using neural network tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Luma, Runway, Heygen, Stablevideo and similar Will be a plus * A portfolio demonstrating high proficiency in delivering strategically grounded design thinking across various digital platforms.
