Responsibilities: * Creating and scheduling CEO's schedule, prioritizing meetings, tracking schedules. * Arranging and direct participation in meetings, taking minutes of meetings. * Fixing tasks and reminding supervisors of them, informing about deadlines, meetings and other events. * Communicating with company employees as requested by the CEO * Execution of personal orders of the CEO * Managing suppliers (food, tea, stationery, lanches etc) * Helping employees with their requests * Helping with onboarding of newcomers * Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff * Budget control and payments arrangements Key Skills: * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Strong time management skills * Adaptability * Organizational skills * Attention to detail Experience: * 2 years of experience in personal assistant or office manager * English speaking and writing We offer: * Continuous professional competencies development and professional growth opportunities. * 40-hours working week with flexible working hours. * Paid time off (20 working days). * Challenging work in international professional environment. * Corporate/ team/ special events We recommend carefully reviewing our expectations for collaboration once again.
