Enterprise plans use custom pricing for high-volume hiring. Every tier is a flat fee with 50% upfront and 50% on successful placement — no percentage of salary.

Every candidate in your shortlist has been reviewed against the role requirements you submit — relevant experience, skills, location, and compensation range. We conduct a Level 1 phone or video vet screen before introducing them. Standard and Premium packages include scheduling for client interview rounds; Starter delivers profiles and you schedule interviews yourself. You make the final hiring decision; we do not guarantee every candidate will accept an offer.
The 50% upfront covers sourcing and screening that begins as soon as we confirm your package. The remaining 50% is due only when you hire a candidate we introduced. If you do not make a hire from the shortlist, you are not charged the placement balance — but the upfront payment is not refundable because the search work has already been performed.
Tell us within 7 days of receiving your shortlist if none of the profiles meet your requirements. We will review your feedback against the intake criteria and, where the gap is on our side, source additional candidates at no extra charge. The Premium package also includes a 30-day replacement guarantee after a successful placement — if the hire does not work out within 30 days, we find a replacement at no additional fee.

If we cannot reach that number with qualified profiles that match your stated requirements, we notify you before the deadline, continue searching at no additional charge, or offer a pro-rated credit toward a future search — your choice.
