Payment

• 50% upfront when your package is confirmed and sourcing begins.
• 50% placement fee when you hire a candidate we introduced from your delivered shortlist.
• Upfront payments are non-refundable because sourcing and screening work begins immediately.

What you receive

Every candidate in your shortlist has been reviewed against the role requirements you submit — relevant experience, skills, location, and compensation range. We conduct a Level 1 video vet screen before introducing them. Standard and Premium packages include scheduling for client interview rounds; Starter delivers profiles and you schedule interviews yourself. You make the final hiring decision; we do not guarantee every candidate will accept an offer.

• Starter: vet-screened profiles only; you schedule client interviews.
• Standard: profiles plus Interview Level 2 scheduling.
• Premium: profiles plus Interview Level 2 and 3 scheduling, reference checks, and 30-day replacement guarantee after hire.
• Only candidates who pass our Level 1 video vet screen count toward your package shortlist.
• Target delivery: candidate profiles within 7–14 days of kickoff.

Shortlist feedback

If none of the delivered profiles meet the requirements you submitted, notify us within 7 days. We will review against your intake criteria and, where appropriate, source additional candidates at no extra charge.

Premium guarantee

If a Premium placement does not work out within 30 days of hire, we will source a replacement at no additional fee. This applies after a successful hire from your delivered shortlist.

Out of scope

Offer letters, background checks beyond reference checks, onboarding, and employment decisions remain your responsibility.
