Join CP Consulting as a POP-Up Event Location Finder for BrightSpeed. This role is about the hunt — you'll scout, pitch, and secure high-traffic pop-up locations (retail centers, community events, partner storefronts) where BrightSpeed can set up and sell. You're the one opening doors before the event sales team walks through them.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach high-traffic retail, community, and event locations suitable for BrightSpeed pop-ups
• Build relationships with property managers, store owners, and event organizers to secure space
• Negotiate placement terms and coordinate event logistics with the CP Consulting events team
• Track and report on location performance to guide where to expand next
• Support on-site sales activity when needed, representing BrightSpeed's fiber internet and home service offers

Requirements

• Confident approaching business owners and decision-makers cold
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation to scout and visit locations near you
• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
• No prior experience required — training provided before your first assignment

Compensation

• Base pay plus bonus per secured location, with additional commission when supporting event sales
• Uncapped earning potential — strong performers typically in the $50K–$80K+ range
• Performance bonuses and advancement into team lead roles
