Responsibilities

• Learn a simple, repeatable pitch for Kinetic's internet and home service offers
• Engage customers face-to-face at pop-up and retail events
• Follow the process you're trained on to close same-day sign-ups
• Handle basic paperwork / digital order capture accurately
• Show up on time, ready to learn

Requirements

• No sales or work experience required — full training provided before your first event
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
• Comfortable talking to strangers once trained
• Reliable transportation to event locations near you
• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

• Uncapped commission structure with strong earners typically in the $50K–$80K+ range depending on performance
• Daily / weekly payout opportunities depending on campaign
• Performance bonuses and advancement into team lead roles
