We offer industry competitive salaries alongside a comprehensive and competitive fringe benefits package.      Utilize all source research data to design, develop, deliver, and tailor synthetic scenarios based on customer training objectives and system requirements  Research, analyze, and assess intelligence related data to incorporate into future scenario designs and maintain realism.  Assist with software suites in order to aid in the production of synthetic scenarios  Participate in small force/large force exercises  Administer and enable facilitation of synthetic scenarios to customer via web-based software from duty station or TDY  Maintain up-to-date order of battle and situational awareness of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures  Liaison/coordinate with flight leadership and customer in order to meet requests and reoccurring deadlines
