Applicant will provide Modeling and Simulation expertise in support of advanced Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) testing, tactics development, and training integration at Nellis AFB, NV. The candidate should have a familiarity with OPIR tools and reporting and the ability to independently conduct research and initiate projects as appropriate. The analyst will provide OPIR analytical tradecraft in direct support to full spectrum combat training for the U.S. Air Force, Joint, and Coalition partners. Utilize all source research data to design, develop, deliver, and tailor synthetic scenarios based on customer training objectives and system requirements Research, analyze, and assess intelligence related data to incorporate into future scenario designs and maintain realism. Participate in small force/large force exercises Maintain up-to-date order of battle and situational awareness of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures Liaison/coordinate with flight leadership and customer in order to meet requests and reoccurring deadlines
