Answer and route incoming calls and take messages
Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries
Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work 3pm-9pm Mon-Thurs and Sunday 11am-5pm
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Accounting/Cashier background required Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task
Superior customer service skills
