Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends. Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate Helient's innovative solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry developments. Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions, with a focus on the legal industry.
