Sales Activation Specialist — BrightSpeed

Join CP Consulting as a Sales Activation Specialist for BrightSpeed. A signed customer isn't the finish line — an activated one is. You'll make sure the sales the team closes actually turn into active, paying BrightSpeed customers, and help the team get better at making that happen in the first place.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with recently-signed BrightSpeed customers to help them complete activation — ID verification, install scheduling, first-bill setup
- Work alongside the event sales team to catch and resolve issues before a signed customer falls through
- Track activation rates across the team and flag patterns that are costing the campaign real activations
- Coach reps on habits that improve activation rates, not just sign-up counts — clean paperwork, setting the right expectations at the point of sale
- Represent BrightSpeed at events when needed, supporting the team during high-volume days
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, comfortable following up by phone, text, and in person
- Some sales or customer service background helpful, not required
- Reliable transportation, some event availability (evenings/weekends)
- 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
- Base pay plus bonus per confirmed activation, not just per signed sale
- Uncapped earning potential tied to real activation performance, typically $50K–$80K+ depending on team results
- Path to Field Sales Team Lead as you build a track record
