Berger Singerman has an immediate need for a highly qualified and experienced Real Estate contract attorney at the senior associate or partner level. We are looking for an attorney who can first-chair deals or take deals and run with them independently. Candidates must have significant transactional real estate experience, demonstrate sound judgment, and be committed to producing work of the highest quality. Berger Singerman seeks to expand its Corporate, Securities and M&A Practice Group with the addition of a highly qualified and motivated attorney with four to seven years of experience in corporate, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions matters. Work will involve the opportunity to take on increasingly significant roles in complex transactions under the thoughtful mentorship of colleagues skilled in developing innovative solutions for clients across the United States and around the world. Applicants must demonstrate sound judgment, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. We are seeking a highly qualified attorney with 2-5 years of comparable civil and commercial litigation experience to join our Dispute Resolution Team in Tampa. Strong academic credentials are essential as is propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, courtroom experience, and engaging in all aspects of trial preparation. Strong organizational and time management skills are also critical. Qualified applicants must also demonstrate a genuine interest in, and commitment to, developing the skills necessary to litigate complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals in a first chair capacity.
