This role is critical to achieving certification milestones for our client’s programs. These individuals will work directly with the client’s engineering teams and FAA oversight offices to verify compliance with airworthiness regulations and ensure the aircraft’s systems, structures, and performance meet applicable certification standards. Acting as a liaison between client and the FAA (or other regulatory authorities). Reviewing and approving engineering designs, modifications, and repairs to ensure they meet regulatory requirements. Preparing and submitting necessary documentation for certification, including compliance reports and test plans. Providing technical guidance and support to engineering teams on regulatory compliance and certification processes. Reviewing and validating engineering data, including stress analysis, material properties, and system performance. Conducting conformity inspections and ensuring all engineering activities adhere to industry standards and regulations. Managing certification projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful approval. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and program management, to facilitate project progress.
