Preference will be given to candidates with a book of business. Real Estate Development Attorney We are seeking an experienced real estate attorney who typically represents developers in all aspects of real estate transactions including the creation of condominiums. Candidates should have a strong academic background and the ability to assume significant responsibility for sophisticated developer-related matters in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with substantial experience advising developers on complex operational, governance, and regulatory issues affecting condominium and homeowners’ projects. The successful candidate will possess strong drafting and counseling skills, will be comfortable serving as a trusted advisor, and the ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision while working effectively within a team-oriented environment. Berger Singerman seeks to expand its Corporate, Securities and M&A Practice Group with the addition of a highly qualified and motivated attorney with four to seven years of experience in corporate, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions matters. Work will involve the opportunity to take on increasingly significant roles in complex transactions under the thoughtful mentorship of colleagues skilled in developing innovative solutions for clients across the United States and around the world.
