We're looking for an experienced Charge Nurse to lead nursing operations across our Frederick-area centers. This is a hands-on leadership role for an RN who wants real influence over patient care, staff development, and clinical quality — not just a title.

What You'll Do As Charge Nurse, you'll be the clinical and operational anchor for the nursing team across multiple centers, balancing hands-on patient care with leadership responsibility.

Clinical Leadership Oversee dispensing and nursing operations to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care

Guide care planning in collaboration with medical providers and clinical staff

Step in for direct patient care when needed and monitor outcomes to drive continuous improvement

Medication & Compliance Manage medication ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships for the dispensary and OTP patients

Ensure full compliance with BHA, DEA, COMAR, and CARF standards through regular audits and chart reviews
