Veterinary Launch Operations Associate

Who We Are: Nightingale Veterinary Partners is a fast-growing family of veterinary practices, headquartered in New York City. The organization includes practices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Florida.

We are building a company focused on clinical excellence, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Launch Operations Associate who wants to play a meaningful role in helping shape the future of the organization.

We are hiring a Launch Operations Associate to support the opening of new veterinary practices and provide regular coverage at our existing hospitals.

This junior-level, hands-on role requires previous veterinary hospital experience. During a launch, this person will typically spend four-to-six weeks onsite preparing the hospital and supporting the team through go-live. When not assigned to a launch, they will work regular shifts at our existing practices.

The role requires out-of-state travel, including overnight stays several times per year.

What Success Looks Like The Launch Operations Associate helps make sure new hospitals are organized, stocked, tested, and ready for the team and clients. The right person will notice what needs to be done, keep track of details, work well with others, and communicate quickly when something needs additional support.
