Jeff’s career experience includes leadership roles as the SVP of Healthcare for IQVIA and VP of Sales for HighPoint Solutions, leading teams that have been awarded and delivered over three quarters of a billion dollars in consulting services to the Healthcare and Life Science industries. Today, Jeff is responsible for business development, marketing, customer success, field consulting teams, and all administrative operations for Sierra. With a proven track record of exceeding revenue growth, building sales engines, and most importantly a reputation for customer advocacy, Jeff has set the foundation for the award winning growth Sierra has achieved since inception. Mike St. Germain is co-founder and managing partner at Sierra Solutions, where he helps transform today’s business challenges into tomorrow’s successes.
