JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled Stand-Up Hilo/Reach Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a stand-up forklift to move, locate, and stack products efficiently and safely within our warehouse. Attention to detail, safety compliance, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.

LOCATION Warehouse at HexArmor Headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan

HOURS The 3rd shift work hours will be from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. When overtime is necessary, additional hours may require an earlier start time, as well as the possibility of additional days.

RESPONSIBILITIES Operate a Crown stand-up hilo/reach truck to move materials and products within the warehouse.

Replenish picking locations by moving pallets of product from racking to restock inventory.

Maintain inventory by tracking product locations and quantities.

Perform routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance needs.

Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Complete necessary documentation for inventory management and receiving.

QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months experience on a Crown stand up hilo/reach truck.

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Basic understanding of inventory tracking and reporting.
