Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across different industries
Source, screen and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our clients
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job opportunities
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
Manage the candidate experience and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience
Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and techniques

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent across different industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
