Events Fundraising Representative for Nonprofit Organization

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Events Fundraising Representatives to join our team help raising fund for our nonprofit clients . In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising events to support our clients mission and programs.

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute fundraising events such as galas, auctions, and walkathons to raise funds for our organization
Identify and secure event sponsors and donors, and cultivate relationships with them
Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase event participation and donations
Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and volunteer coordination
Provide excellent customer service to all event participants and stakeholders
Track and analyze event metrics to measure success and make recommendations for future events

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, marketing, or related field preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in event planning and fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and timelines.
Passion for our mission and commitment to the nonprofit sector.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
Experience in the technology industry is a plus
