Qualification Requirements Each adult (18+ years, or 19+ in Alabama) must complete a separate application. We use Findigs, a third-party screening provider, to verify income and determine eligibility. Combined household net income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Example: $1,500 rent requires $3,750/month net income Non-refundable fee required for each person 18 years of age or older (19+ in Alabama). A $300 administrative fee applies if additional applicants are added after the initial decision. After approval, this fee holds your home for up to 30 days while you prepare to move in. A valid government-issued photo ID is required, submitted as a color electronic copy. Acceptable forms include: Valid government-issued photo ID (color copy)
