A combination of seasonal demand and lack of skilled labor supply impacted a heavy equipment manufacturer until MADI filled the gap. Low Local Unemployment Impacts Production Until MADICORP Responds A combination of seasonal demand and lack of skilled labor supply impacted a heavy equipment manufacturer until MADI filled the gap. An American manufacturer and distributor of agricultural and construction heavy equipment was unable to hire enough seasonal labor from around one of their Midwest assembly plants in a state with low unemployment. Drawing from our national talent pool, MADI brought in 180+ experienced Assemblers, Welders, and Press Operators from around the U.S. that acclimated quickly to their production environment. MADI maintained staffing levels for 6+ months to ensure production deadlines were met in a market with increasing manufacturing demands. With the help of MADI’s experienced production workers, the company was able to keep production on schedule despite 2.9% unemployment. MADI has continued to provide support to this facility over a multi-year period given high competition for industrial talent in the area and continued low unemployment rates. We find the best talent to fill each industrial role, carefully managed with an expert onsite team, utilizing comprehensive policies and procedures and applied through proprietary technology. Our goal is to ensure your internal resources are supported and enhanced, not stretched to their limit.
