Interns work alongside experienced mentors committed to their development, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to diverse disciplines within the industry. The program culminates in a capstone project where interns showcase their skills and accomplishments. In addition to building technical and professional expertise, interns also form valuable connections that can lead to future opportunities, whether here at Ardmore Roderick or elsewhere in the field. Yes, all of our internships are paid. We believe in recognizing the value of your time and contributions as an intern, ensuring that you gain not only valuable experience but also fair compensation for your efforts.Our internships are full-time summer opportunities, typically requiring 40 hours per week. This schedule allows you to fully immerse yourself in meaningful projects and gain hands-on experience in your field. Your work location will depend on your role and project assignments. Our internships offer diverse opportunities, which could include working in the field, at one of our offices, or being embedded with a client. Wherever you are, you’ll gain valuable, real-world experience that reflects the dynamic nature of our work.We aim to align your internship with your area of interest while also offering a well-rounded experience. Exposure to various disciplines can help you better understand your options and make more informed decisions about your field of study and career path.
