Full Time Maintenance Lead

Position: Maintenance Lead Location: Chantilly, VA  Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (On-call as needed for emergencies)

Compensation: $24.00 - $29.00 Per Hour dependent on experience

  About The Role  The Maintenance Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that our healthcare facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with industry standards. This hands-on position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting facility issues, and supporting facility improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skill set, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.

  Key Responsibilities Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure that healthcare facilities are fully operational, safe, and well-maintained.

Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.

Assist with minor repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance efforts.

Respond efficiently to maintenance requests, troubleshooting facility issues as they arise.

Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate facility repairs and improvements.

Maintain accurate records of completed work, safety compliance, and equipment servicing.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for facility maintenance.

Foster a team-oriented culture and support staff in maintaining a high standard of facility operations.

Other duties as assigned.   Experience Requirements: Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
