Your Role:   This role is position is for an experienced trading operations manager with automated trading and middle and back office experience. This includes

leading our US spot exchange operations (Alpaca Crypto LLC)

leading our Bahamas spot and derivatives exchange operations (AlpacaX Crypto Limited)

building and maintaining our internal trading desk

  Things You Get To Do:    You will build and manage a globally distributed team of trade ops associates providing 24/5 service coverage.

  You and your team: Directly engage with our customers, providing a world-class service

Review, identify and resolve trade differences

Process trade corrections and cancellations

Inventory account reconciliation Provide input into new procedures and processes as well as revisions to existing operations procedures and processes

Manage our trading desk (internal market maker) and work with engineering to build and monitor trading systems performing automated hedging strategies

Manage our global fiat banking relationships

Maintain relationships with liquidity providers, token projects and all our vendors

Assist with financial and regulatory audits

Work closely with engineering to bring industry-leading crypto products to market
