Casework & Client Support With Grove
Offload time-heavy casework tasks so you can stay present with clients and families. Casework rarely slows down, and it never takes a break. Paperwork and coordination have to happen no matter what. Grove (formerly Case Aide Services) from Northwoods gives you trained support for casework and client-facing needs. Your Grove team members are real people, working doggedly behind the scenes so your face-to-face client work has more space. We keep all your data compliant, complete, and on time. Together, we’re here for you so you can be there for them. Find practical, case-centered support that reduces delays, improves continuity, and protects your time. Casework support is often the work between visits, meetings, and decisions. Your Grove team handles time-sensitive follow-through so you can stay client-facing. We compile required materials, flag gaps, and prepare review packets aligned to your agency standards. We participate in case review meetings, take minutes, and identify where we can help with follow-ups.
