As a Branch Member Service Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service in our branches while successfully promoting and selling NASA FCU products and services. You must possess proven customer service skills; strong verbal communication; and above all, a desire to help others. The Branch Member Service Associate position is a tiered position with a solid compensation package and formal training modules – YOU control your career advancement as you learn and execute new skills.

We are looking for a candidate who has account opening experience.

Work Schedule All MSAs are scheduled to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month including MSAs assigned to branches without Saturday hours.

The typical work week is approximately 40 hours. MSAs must be available between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am and 6:30 pm Friday and 8:30 am and 1:30 pm on

Saturday. Specific shifts will be scheduled based on branch location operating hours.

  Salary: $21.00 - $28.75/Hourly (based on level and experience)
