Account Success Manager (6-Month Maternity Leave Coverage)

These inspiring nonprofits include Amnesty International USA, Human Rights Campaign, PETA, RSPCA, Humane World, Ocean Conservancy, National Wildlife Federation, Human Rights Watch, National Trust for Historic Preservation, University of British Columbia, UNICEF Canada, and Cancer Research UK, just to name a few. We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused Account Success Manager to join our global Client Success Team for a 6-month maternity leave coverage contract, running from July 1st through December 31st, 2026. There is strong potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance afterwards. The primary responsibility for an Account Success Manager is to ensure that our clients are actively engaged with Engaging Networks and effectively utilizing our technology. This is achieved through the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients, from onboarding through to contract renewal. You will gather client feedback for continuous product improvement and serve as their advocate, collaborating with internal teams to overcome client challenges, deliver solutions, and drive product adoption. Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, driving adoption, value-realization, retention, and overall success on the platform. Build and manage trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams within client organizations. Navigate complex client environments with confidence, balancing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and high-value accounts. Proactively monitor account health, engagement trends, and platform usage to identify risks early and develop structured retention and expansion plans. Identify and scale client success stories, best practices, and use cases to drive adoption and customer maturity.
