Pop-Up Event Fundraising Representatives.

CP Consulting is a fast-growing consulting firm dedicated to creating positive change in our community through innovative fundraising strategies. We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pop-Up Event Fundraising Representatives.

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and their donors at various events. You will engage directly with attendees, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a successful and enjoyable fundraising experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Greet and interact with event attendees in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Provide clear information about our fundraising efforts and address any inquiries.
Donor Support:
Guide donors through the donation process, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Show appreciation by thanking donors for their contributions.
Event Coordination:
Work closely with the events team to help coordinate and execute fundraising activities. Support event logistics to contribute to the success of each fundraising event.
Problem Resolution:
Address any issues or concerns attendees may have, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and find effective solutions.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours during events.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or event support is preferred, but not required.
